About Mova
MOVA is a Financial Institution duly authorized and regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.
We operate exclusively to enable third-party operations, providing credit infrastructure "as a service" through a modular platform that covers the entire credit lifecycle, including:
- Creation of "Credit Products"
- Banking services, notably the issuance of "Bank Credit Notes" (Cédulas de Crédito Bancário)
- Customizable tools to automate the "Credit Policy", implementing decision trees and score calculations ("Credit and Anti-Fraud Engine");
- Queries and delivery of information from Credit Bureaus and Credit Databases in general
- "Operational Platform" for managing sales and operational performance;
- "After-Sales Platform", including collection and payment tools, as well as performance reports for "Credit Products" and their portfolios.
This business model is commonly known as "Credit as a Service".
IMPORTANT: MOVA does not provide credit directly and does not compete with our clients in providing "Funding". We operate exclusively as a platform and infrastructure provider.
We are the first SEP (Sociedade de Empréstimo entre Pessoas) approved by the Central Bank, a new type of financial institution. In this model, the institution does not grant credit with its own funds and does not take credit risk; it exists to provide services.
We have built a robust "Credit as a Service One-Stop Shop": a technology platform that offers every component needed for better credit origination and credit product creation, providing the infrastructure and tools for anyone who wants to offer credit or invest in credit.
In addition to the "White Label" or "Plug and Play" model integrated through APIs, we also provide the immediate creation of custom pages for submitting Quotations. That is, we create "URLs" and "Front-Ends" with the visual identity of the client or of the desired "Credit Product", allowing a fast operational start and saving steps in the integration work. This model can be used on its own or together with the integrated model. To learn about this approach, called "Color Label", contact our team.
